Posters are packaged flat up to A4 (21x29.7cm/8x12) and arrive in a tube if above A4.
- The following countries use mailing tubes: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
- Brazil, Canada, and the US use triangular/rectangular tubes.
Wooden Frames
Wooden framed posters are packaged in the frame and come mounted and ready to hang.
Metal Frames
Metal framed posters are packaged separately, with one box containing a frame and another containing your rolled up poster for safekeeping.
Matte Posters
Matte Poster with Metal Frames are packaged separately from the frame in an inner paperboard (max 10 posters per paperboard).
Canvas, Aluminum, Wood, and Acrylic Posters
Canvas, Aluminum, Wood, and Acrylic come packaged with strong edges for protection.
- All are wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper.
- Acrylic prints will be covered with an additional protective film on the face of the image.
- Protective film may appear milky, green, or blue and can be mistaken for scratches or bubbles.

My son loves to play basketball but the community court he used to play in when he was younger recently got demolished because some developers bought the land so I got him a small map of where the court used to be and I even customized the colors to match his new university’s team he seems to like it a lot.
I've been using the app FOREVER! Its mostly great, but there are a couple of features I would love to see added. Street maps could benefit from bigger labels to make them easier to read on mobile. Overall, it’s the only custom map maker I’ll use and it’s much better than the mapsful, who overcharges for EVERYTHING!
I love the fact that MixPlaces has the ability to save progress as I go. It takes too much time with other apps to go back and forth through hundreds of designs. With your app I can make something on my phone or with my computer in no time at all. Fantastic! It makes a great gift!
